How are they grown?

All of our Wheatgrass and Sprouts are grown indoors - right here in Clawson. We grow them from non-GMO organic seed in organic soil, and they are harvested the same day they are delivered or picked up.

Why do people eat/drink Wheatgrass and Sprouts?

Because they are incredibly nutricious (and don't forget, extremely tasty as well!) Our Wheatgrass and Sprouts are packed with essential amino acids, Vitamins, minerals and micronutrients. They are powerful greens that enhance your health in multiple ways!

Is Wheatgrass gluten-free?

Yes, while it's a wheat plant, the grass contains no gluten, which is what is harvested.

Can we buy directly? Or do you only service juice bars and restaurants?

While we provide our greens to many juice bars and restaurants - residential customers are our first priority!

What's the best way to drink Wheatgrass?

Wheatgrass is best consumed as a juice - the body can't really digest the fibers of the grass. You can chew on the greens - but its much more effective to juice it. We recommend 1-3 oz. a day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. And don't forget to swish it around your mouth for 15-30 seconds - it does wonders for your gums as well!

What's the best way to eat Sprouts?

Sprouts are incredibly versatile. The most common ways to eat them are adding them to your juices, smoothies or salads. They're also a great addition to other meals as well!
