Can we buy directly? Or do you only service juice bars and restaurants?

What's the best way to drink Wheatgrass?

Wheatgrass is best consumed as a juice - the body can't really digest the fibers of the grass. You can chew on the greens - but its much more effective to juice it. We recommend 1-3 oz. a day, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. And don't forget to swish it around your mouth for 15-30 seconds - it does wonders for your gums as well!
