CLASS DESCRIPTION

JUICING & SPROUTING for Health – Hippocrates Protocol - Learn about juicing's powerful benefits and see how to juice in this amazing demo led by Wheatgrass and Sprouts grower Anca Iordachianu.  She will talk about power of green juices, how to make them at home, how to sprout your beans and seeds and about the different types of juicers available and which ones are the best to use to maximize your nutrition.  Anca attended the 3-week program at Hippocrates Health Institute and healed herself from cancer there, through a low-glycemic raw food diet that included lots of fresh green juices.  She will share her incredible story with you, along with samples of her sweet wheatgrass juice and delicious green vegetable juice. She will teach you in detail Hippocrates Health Institute Protocol and support you to implement it at home, at this life-changing class.

DETOXIFY YOUR BODY - Learn about incredible healing properties of Clay, and how to use it for your better health.
